Stage 1 – Planning and Working Drawings

  • Book an appointment with our design team. They will sit down with you and your chosen design and look at what you want and what you need, then customise it till you love it.
  • Our GREENSMART PROFESSIONAL will then conduct a site inspection to assess your best aspect to achieve a minimum 6 star energy rating, he will sum up things like passive cooling and calming cross ventilation in summer months and will then make recommendations to OUR DESIGN TEAM on your chosen design and your block’s natural characteristics.
  • OUR DESIGN TEAM will produce a floor plan that you love!
  • We create a 3D animated exterior fly-around of your chosen design in colour so you can visualise what it will look like on your block’s contours before you start.
  • We also have the services of our own interior designer, Dianne from Blink Living, who can help you choose colour schemes, furnishings etc to give your Bush & Beach the finishing touch for maximum WOW factor
  • Working drawings and engineering completed
  • Our drafting team then produce a fully engineered set of working drawings based on your customised plan

Stage 2 – Lodgement

  • Our lodgement department is a whirlwind of organised activity. We will totally prepare all the necessary paperwork for your customised design in readiness for council lodgment, totally taking the headache out of this very time consuming job for you. After all who wants to deal with bush fire ratings, wind ratings surveyors, engineers, soil tests, peculation tests, slope stability, certifiers, the list is endless and very costly if you don’t know who to engage.
  • We have built a great working relationship with our contractors and certifiers over the last 10 years, and have direct access to the right people in the right places it’s so easy.

Stage 3 – Construction

  • Your accredited Bush & Beach builder will then guide you through the entire construction stage, carefully explaining every stage detail.
  • Our team is available to answer any of your queries and we pride ourselves on customer service.

Stage 4 – Handover

  • Invite all of your friends and family to the MAIN EVENT. Our builder will personally thank you for your business and hand you the keys to your dream Bush & Beach eco home. He will give you a gift from the team and leave you to enjoy your family and new lifestyle.

Stage 5 – After Sales

  • The team at Bush & Beach gives you the courtesy of a series of after-sales follow up calls just to ‘check in’ and see if your family is settling in well.
